Business means a commercial enterprise conducted by a person or entity, having a fixed or temporary physical location within the City and/or any marketing activity conducted for the sale of goods or services for a profit. It is unlawful for any person to engage in business within Bear River City without first obtaining a license. It is also unlawful to continue business without maintaining a valid business license and to continue in business once a license has been suspended or revoked.
