Some residents prefer making one payment for their sewer and utility service for the entire year. The yearly billing cycle begins on January 1 and ends on December 31. If you would like to set up your account to pay by the year, please contact the City Office at 435-279-9047. Those previously signed up to pay by the year do not need to notify the city unless they want to return to a monthly billing cycle. If paying by credit card, there will be a 3% convenience fee added. If you are new to paying by the year, please note the previous December billing is payable in January along with the yearly fee.
